Chairman And Director Of Crystal Clear Eye Institute & JMG Multispeciality Clinic And Diagnostic Centre

Dr. Jignesh Gala is an accomplished and experienced cataract and vitreoretina surgeon. He completed his MBBS from the prestigious Grant Medical College and JJ Group hospitals, Mumbai. He did post-graduation in Ophthalmology from the renowned seth G S Medical College and King Edward Memorial Hospital , Mumbai. Following post-graduation he went on to purse fellowship in vitreo retinal surgeries at the renowd L V Parsad eye hospital ,Hydrabad . He is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Topiwala National Medical College and JJ B.Y.L. Nair Charitable Hospital, Mumbai. He is visiting Vitreoretina Consultant at Jagjivan Ram Railway Hospital, Mumbai. He is a member of the All India Ophthalmologic Society and Uveitis Society of India.

He is also the author and reviewer for British Medical Journal case reports and has various publications under his name in national and international journals. He has performed 4000+ Cataract surgeries. He has a keen interest in the diagnosis and management of diabetic eye diseases and Age-Related Macular Degeneration (ARMD). 

He has already performed over 3000+ LASER procedures and over 2000+ Intravitreal injection under topical anesthesia and are absolute pain-Free. He has been exclusively trained for Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP). He has performed more than 15,000 Ophthlmologic procedures. He is also proficient in the management of surgical retinal conditions like retinal detachment,Vitreous hemorrhage and Macular Surgeries.
